Executive Chef Brett Maddock knows that the heart of every restaurant is the kitchen, and he believes a well designed kitchen is the main ingredient to creating extraordinary cuisine. Therefore, late last summer when Chef Maddock embarked on the kitchen remodel at Arnold Palmer's Restaurant located in La Quinta, California near Palm Springs, he paid special attention to detail in the planning, layout and overall design of the kitchen in order to form the efficient workspace in which to create a fresh new pallet of menu selections for the coming year.
